We deal primarily in vintage and antique clothing and related goods. Items are as more often than not unique and as such are described individually.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

If you have any questions please ask before you purchase. Due to the unique nature of vintage clothing, we would ask that you check your sizing etc. before ordering to avoid damage.

Orders can be cancelled at any time within seven working days of being placed.

Governed by distance selling regulations within the UK, we accept returns within 14 business days of receipt and request the following:

1.We must be notified via email that you wish to return an item within 7 working days of receipt (all parcels are tracked).  Any items returned without notification will be refused.

2.Items must be returned as they were received, unworn with original tags in place. If damaged the refund policy is immediately void, so please take care when trying clothing on.

3.Items should be returned via traceable means, within 14 business days of receipt, as the customer is responsible for the item until it is safely received by us. The customer is responsible for the return postage and safe packaging. Overseas customers must use airmail if a return is agreed. Please retain all proofs of postage.

4.Refunds will be made in the original currency for the purchase price unless there has been an error in the listing; in which case a full refund will be made and return postage costs paid. 

Ordering information

Payment

All prices are inclusive of tax and clearly stated for each individual item.

All payments are to be made in pounds sterling (UK£), and should be received within seven working days of your order being placed. Any longer and we reserve the right to cancel the order and relist the item for sale.

UK customers: payment methods accepted are cheques, postal orders, bank transfer (email for account details), or with a credit/debit card through paypal’s secure site. Card payments can be taken over the phone at the shop if preferred (again please email to arrange). Our postal address for payment is as above.

Overseas customers: We only accept paypal at this time, no cheques or bankers drafts please.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs or duties imposed by customs when purchasing from overseas.

Postage

Postage costs are additional and clearly listed for each item. They are charged at three seperate flat rates depending on location (UK, Europe, and International destinations).  Multiple purchases are charged at the same amount as a single purchase.

All items are posted by traceable means, and are fully insured.

Delivery

Delivery prices are as stated at the time of ordering.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, usually within 48 hours of cleared payment. If there is any possibility of delay you will be contacted in advance via email. Depending on value UK orders are posted via first class recorded or Special Delivery next day, so should be with you the following working day.

International orders are posted via International signed for with full insurance, and can take up to two weeks.
