Description

Just beautiful! Original beaded flapper dress in completely wearable condition, with draped scalloped hemline and dropped beaded waistband. The beads have some loss to the silvering, and there are a couple of runs of missing beads but I would say they are about 95% intact. Any loose beads have been stitched securely into place by my seamstress, and it would make a beautiful evening dress!

c. 1929 - original co-ordinating shoes also available separately (silver in a UK6) which I will list shortly.

Measures: (material is a cotton crepe so does have some movement, but best for about a UK8/10 or smaller

41 from shoulder to longest point on side seam - middle of dress is shorter as you can see.

Condition: Very good. Structurally there is no damage to the body of the dress, underarms are unmarked. There are some age marks - as pictured - but I didn´t clean it. Loose beadwork has been secured, and the majority is intact as mentioned above.
